Speaker 1:

You gotta love the irony, the paradoxical and choice selections of Bitsalel and Ahaliyov to be the chairman of the building of the Mishkan board. Now, these two individuals, they teach us something valuable, for they really couldn't be more different. Rashi points out how Bitsalel and Ahaliyov. Well, bitsalel, he came from choice stock Nobility from the tribe of Yehuda, grew up on the lap of Mr Reichman. He learned underneath the brisker of. He's got Ruach Hashem inside of him. He's got Das and Tvuna. His literal name translates as in the shadow of God. Bitsalel, an easy selection, the best bacher back home to enter Shadukh. But Ahaliyov, rashi tells us, from the tribe of Dan he was, he was brought up by handmaids, had to work his way up from the projects as Ahaliyov, let's say, and the Yadka. Bitsalel and Ahaliyov, they teach us something so important they remind us of the Puskaniyov that God does not show favoritism to the rich and noble before the poor and downtrodden, the low-need-care. Shu'a-lifne-dahl. Judaism is a free world that you can work your way up from the projects to the very top to become the leader of the most important cause, to champion the building efforts of the Mishkan Hashem's house. No matter where you may have started in life, judaism is a meritocracy. Stanford University translates the word meritocracy as a society based on merit. Your dad doesn't have to be the reba. To be the reba I mean, I guess in some cases it's like that. But you get my point To be the greatest you don't have to come from anywhere except for to find it in yourself, to work harder than everyone else and to pray to the Almighty, to open up the wellsprings of wisdom to grant you success and keep clawing till you reach the very top, no matter which tribe you come from, yehuda or Dan. You got a shot of building the Mishkan, the omnipresent. He chose Bitsalel and Ahaliyov. She tells us to tell us this lesson. And how many people have been born into nothingness but grew to be a great Jewish leader? Think of Uncle Lister Garin, what he did, I believe. Shemalia and Aftalyon they pronounce certain words differently because of their growth in their Yiddish guidance, from where they came from. Yet they became Zugos and we keep the words there the way that they used to say it. Shemalia and Aftalyon, think of all the great people. Even Mashiach, I believe, comes from kind of a questionable lineage. But that's the whole point here, that Judaism wants you to know. The Abister wants to show you whether you're born into a world, like Bitsalel, or born into a home, born into the projects without a very good mind, like Ahaliyov. But you can climb to the very highest heights, champion the greatest and most sacred causes. All you gotta do is work for it, pray to the Almighty and keep climbing until you can become a chairman of this building of the Mishkan board.
